Perfect for fans of Horrid Henry, Jacqueline Wilson’s younger fiction, Judy Blume, Lauren Child’s Clarice Bean, and Kes Gray’s Daisy.

Judy Moody

Bad moods, good moods, even back-to-school moods – Judy has them all! Meet Judy Moody, her little “bother” Stink, her best friend Rocky and her “pest” friend Frank Pearl. Judy has a mood for every occasion, but when a new teacher gives the class a “Me” collage project, Judy has so much fun that she nearly forgets to be moody at all!

Judy Moody Gets Famous!

Judy’s in a jealous mood – jealous of Jessica Finch, who has got her picture on the front page of the newspaper. So Judy sets off in pursuit of her own fame and fortune, or at the very least, something to add to the Moody Hall of Fame. But she’d better watch out – all her efforts could just end up making her more infamous than ever!

Judy Moody Saves the World!

Judy’s learning about the environment at school. When she hears about the threats to the rainforest and endangered species – not to mention her own family’s poor recycling habits – Judy’s determined to whip the planet into shape!

Judy Moody Predicts the Future

Judy’s mood ring has Extra Special Powers, which have put her in a predicting mood! But when Judy wrongly predicts a 110% result in her spelling test she begins to think that all her predictions are fictions. She has one last chance to prove her psychic abilities. Is her teacher, Mr Todd, really in love? All signs point to yes.

Judy Moody: The Doctor is In!

Judy Moody has got the Moody Monday blues – until she finds out that her class’s new project is on the amazing human body. That means skeletons, skulls, a hospital trip, lots of medical jokes and double trouble when Judy’s friends trick her into thinking the class guinea pig has been cloned! But when Judy catches the mumps off her younger “bother”, Stink, her friends make it up to her by coming to visit.

Judy Moody Declares Independence!

When Judy meets Tori, an English girl, at the Boston “Tea Party” ship, she learns that Tori enjoys far more liberties than she does, including her own phone, private loo and lots of pocket money. So Judy decides to declare independence from her parents' rules and her pesky little "bother". But when staging her own Boston tea party doesn't work, she is forced into retreat ... until a real-life crisis gives Judy a chance to prove her independence, once and for all.

Judy Moody: Around the World in 8 ½ Days

The new girl at school is so similar to Judy they are practically clones! Amy Namey is a member of the “way-cool” My-Name-Is-A-Poem Club, and what’s more, she sounds just like Judy and likes the same things as her, too. Judy is meant to be doing an Around-the-World class project on Italy with her best-ever friends Rocky and Frank Pearl. But with so much time spent thinking about Amy, Judy’s old friends start to feel left out...

Judy Moody Goes To College

Judy doesn’t want to see a private maths tutor. But when Judy meets her tutor – a crucial college student with an uber-funky sense of style – and gets a glimpse of college life, her attitude soon changes. Before long she’s acing her maths tests. Say goodbye to Judy Moody, and hello to Ms College.

Judy Moody, Girl Detective

Judy is in a sleuthing, Nancy Drew kind of mood. So what’s a WBMS (world’s best mystery solver) to do? Go find a mystery, that’s what! And she doesn’t have to snoop for long: when Mr Chips, a beloved crime-dog-in-training, goes missing, Judy Drewdy and her chums, Agents Dills Pickle (Frank), Spuds Houdini (Rocky) and James Madagascar (Stink) find themselves in a real, honest-to-jeepers mystery. Watch out for red herrings – and clever references to classic Nancy Drew mysteries – as Eagle Eye Moody and company are hot on the case!

Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer

Roar! It’s bad enough that Mum and Dad are heading to California, leaving Judy and Stink with Aunt Awful (er, Opal), but now Judy’s two best friends are going splitsville on her too. Just when it looks like her summer is going to be boring-with-a-capital B, eureka! Judy (with some help from Aunt Opal) comes up with the most thrill-a-delic plan ever. Get ready for tightrope walking, roller coaster riding, a treasure hunt to find Judy’s teacher, a midnight stakeout, a runaway ice-cream truck and a hunt for Bigfoot.

Judy Moody and the Bad Luck Charm

Ever since Grandma Lou gave her that lucky penny, Judy can’t stop winning – at bowling, spelling, the unbeatable Prize Claw, everything! For sure and absolute positive, she’ll ride that wave of good fortune all the way to Washington DC. That is, until her lucky penny has an UNlucky accident. Has Judy’s luck gone down the toilet for good?

Judy Moody and the Bucket List

When Judy discovers Grandma Lou's “Bucket List”, she comes up with her own list of things to accomplish before the Fourth Grade. That list leads Judy into an array of outlandish situations, and Judy can’t help but wonder what it means that her grandmother’s list is nearly complete.

Judy Moody, Mood Martian

On Backwards Day Judy Moody double-dares herself to become Queen of the Good Mood. Soon she’s turning her frown upside down, making lemonade out of lemons and even being nice to her little brother. In fact, Judy becomes a NOT moody, cool-as-a-cucumber neat freak for one whole entire day. But when her combed hair, matching outfits and good moods hang around for days after, her friends begin to worry. Could this smiley Judy be an imposter?

Judy Moody and the Right Royal Tea Party

With Grandma Lou’s help, Judy has dug up proof that some old-timey Moodys lived in merry olde England. In fact, if her grandpa’s notes are right, Judy might even be related to — royal fanfare, please – the Queen herself! But then Judy’s family tree gets a few more shakes and some more surprises come tumbling out. Now Judy has some right royal family secrets she’d like to keep hidden away, especially from Jessica, the princess in pink!
